Our distribution warehouse is strategically located within close proximity of the M1, Al & M62 motorway allowing International Bathrooms to offer a fast delivery service within the UK by our own fleet of vehicles. Our state of the art logistic system allows each and every ordered item to be tracked by our staff so the status of your order is visible to us throughout the ordering & delivery process, each stage is logged by date & time as well as by a staff member to avoid errors and increase our performance
We aim to deliver the majority of ceramics and glass by our own transport as all our driver have been trained in handling fragile items safely and this does minimize damages. A member of our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date and should be able to give you an approximate delivery time depending on traffic

Warehouse Collection
As a general rule the timescales required to collect your items are the same as stated on the website for delivery, as your items may be located in one of our stock warehouses, or ordered directly from the manufacturers (due to the large number of ranges we sell online we do not carry everything in stock).
Urgent Collections
If you have an urgent requirement and would like to collect, please telephone us on 0845 095 5000 as we aim to be as flexible as possible. The majority of manufacturers will deliver to us within 24 hours if necessary and several will also deliver direct if urgent however additional costs may be incurred.
