Carronite™ was created by Carron Bathrooms to provide a higher level of comfort, luxury and peace of mind for our customers. HOW DOES IT WORK?

Carronite™ baths are stronger and heavier than standard acrylic baths. The additional finishing layers crafted during the Carronite™ process create a uniquely reinforced product. The added weight requires a bespoke fitting system that only adds to the stability and rigid feel of our Carronite™ baths. These elements

Carron is a well established British Bath manufacturer with their factory based in Falkirk, Scotland. They were founded in 1759 and have been producing baths since 1982 making them one of Europe's leading bath manufacturers. Carron baths are made from 5mm acrylic, they have also patented a material called Carronite. This material is stronger than acrylic, the Carronite baths are supported by a unique cradle system, which once installed in your home will give your bath stability and rigidity preventing movement. Carronite retains heat twenty times longer then 5mm baths. What ever size bath your bathroom needs Carron are sure to have the solution.

The Carron ranges of bath have choice and versatility within lots of the families. Carron offer a bath called Axis which is perfect for a variety of people whatever their age. Axis is 1700x700mm, it has a height of 430mm which compared to a standard bath having a height of 515mm can offer solutions to mums bathing tots, or those thinking of their old age but not wanting to lose their bathing space or those that are water conscious, lots of scenarios can be solved with this bath. 

Baths offered by Carron are feature Freestanding Baths, Duo Baths, Shower Baths, Small Baths, Deep Baths, Baths with Grips, X-Factor range, Celsius range, Quantum Family, Arc range, Delta family, Imperial Family and Corner Baths. Whirlpool systems are also available by Carron, again not limited by choice Carron can install a whirlpool to many of their ranges at time of purchase. Carron are confident in their products they give a 20 year manufacturer guarantee with all baths whilst Carronite Baths have a 30 year guranentee.
